You've built a business, led teams, and created success. Now bring that same clarity and intentionality home. Christian coaching for ambitious fathers who want to build a strong household, lead their families well, and create a legacy that outlives their work.
Start With the Fatherhood Playbook →Private coaching, intimate retreats, and guided cohorts for serious Christian fathers.
You have learned how to build, make decisions, carry pressure, solve difficult problems, and create measurable results.
But becoming the father and household leader you know you are capable of being has proven harder to master.
At work, you have goals, systems, feedback mechanisms, and a plan.
At home, you are often reacting to whatever is thrown at you. At home you're a thermometer, not a thermostat.
Your body might often be present, but your mind is still stuck at work. Important conversations go without being had. Your family knows that you love them, but they do not always receive the clearest, most intentional version of you.
It's possible nothing is falling apart.
That is what makes the gap so easy to tolerate.
Life keeps working. The business keeps moving. The calendar stays full. But underneath it all is the persistent sense that your greatest responsibilities have not received your greatest leadership.
You have what you need to be a great father. You just haven't been shown how to rethink and apply what you have at home.
Many accomplished fathers have absorbed a false choice:
Keep pursuing meaningful work and risk giving your family whatever is left.
Or become a better husband and father by suppressing the drive that made you effective in the first place.
We do not accept that choice.
The instincts that helped you build—the vision, courage, discipline, strategy, systems, and ability to execute—belong at home.
Your family does not need a weaker version of you.
They need those capacities refined, reordered, and aimed at something greater than achievement.
The problem was never that you were built to lead.
The problem is that almost everything in your life trained you to lead in one arena, while almost no one showed you how to build and lead a household.
Imagine knowing what your family is intended to build and being able to articulate it clearly.
Imagine your wife experiencing your ambition as a source of stability rather than distance.
Imagine being fully engaged at work without the weight of it negatively impacting your family every evening.
Imagine your children knowing what your family stands for, what is expected of them, and how they are being prepared for a meaningful life.
Imagine your health, schedule, wealth, faith, marriage, work, and fatherhood serving one cohesive mission.
This process is about becoming the kind of man whose success strengthens his family legacy rather than quietly competing with it.
Most men are taught to compartmentalize.
Faith belongs on Sunday. Work belongs at the office. Marriage belongs on date night. Health is optional if time allows. Fatherhood is managing one urgent moment at a time.
But your life is not a collection of unrelated departments.
The work is to bring the whole man into alignment.
Identity. Conviction. Emotional freedom. Physical strength. Spiritual vitality. Personal responsibility.
We examine the patterns beneath your decisions—not merely the habits visible on the surface.
Marriage. Fatherhood. Family culture. Training. Communication. Rhythms. Shared mission.
You stop improvising the most important part of your life and begin building it intentionally.
Calling. Ambition. Leadership. Contribution. Stewardship. Generational impact.
You do not need less capacity. You need a clearer understanding of what your capacity is for.
The goal is not balance. It is alignment.
A new calendar will not resolve a divided heart.
A family mission statement will not help if your identity still depends on achievement.
A parenting technique will not transform the way you respond under pressure.
A productivity system will not tell you what deserves your life.
That is why this work moves beneath behavior.
We examine the thinking, assumptions, loyalties, fears, desires, and inherited stories shaping the way you lead.
Then we turn insight into decisions, practices, conversations, and structures that alter the direction of your household.
Some men need a clear framework.
Some need a concentrated interruption.
Some need a trusted person who can perceive what they cannot see and tell them the truth.
The form changes.
The work remains the same:
Becoming a man whose inner life, household, and mission are all in harmony.

I have spent much of my life inside environments where responsibility, pressure, leadership, and execution mattered.
I served almost five years as an Army Ranger, including four deployments to Afghanistan. Later, I entered the business world, helped build a venture-backed company, led teams, and learned to perform in an entirely different kind of high-pressure environment.
But the most important realization of my life was not about combat or business.
It was that the intentionality I brought everywhere else was not automatically making its way home.
I had a wife. I had children. I had every reason to lead well. But I had never learned to examine my entire life as one integrated stewardship.
I did not merely need more discipline.
I needed to confront what I believed success was for, what my ambition was serving, and what kind of man my family was actually experiencing.
That began a deeper body of work around faith, identity, formation, fatherhood, marriage, mission, physical strength, household leadership, and generational legacy.
Today, I work with Christian fathers who carry meaningful responsibility and know they are capable of building something more significant than professional success alone.
Some need a proven process.
Some need an immersive room that interrupts their current patterns.
Some need a private thinking partner who can challenge their assumptions, help them see what they cannot see, and walk beside them through consequential decisions.
The work is not about turning you into someone else.
It is about bringing the whole of who God has made you to be under the direction of what matters most.
"Reforming Fatherhood exists to help serious Christian fathers bring their faith, ambition, leadership, and household into alignment—so the life they build is worthy of the legacy they hope to leave."
A man starts responding instead of reacting.
His wife senses that he is more present and less divided.
Long-avoided conversations begin to happen.
His calendar starts reflecting what he claims to value.
He becomes clearer about what he is building, more honest about what has been driving him, and more deliberate about the culture forming inside his home.
Over time, those changes compound.
"Genuinely changed my life. I am a better man, husband, and father."
— Josh H."He called out patterns that others tiptoed around, helped me hear God's voice with more clarity, and gave me frameworks to attack my life with presence and purpose. I stopped chasing intensity and started building consistency. I can lead my wife and son well, as more of the man God intended me to be."
— Aaron B."My wife and I have a deeper connection and dialogue about what we want our life to look like in ways we haven't had language for in 14 years of marriage."
— Stead H.One man named Thomas entered this work with Reforming Fatherhood after his marriage had quietly become little more than two people sharing a house and managing a schedule.
There had not been one dramatic collapse. There had been years of distance, avoided responsibility, disappointment, and diminishing expectation.
The work began with him.
Not with controlling his wife. Not with correcting everyone around him. Not with demanding that the household change first.
He began confronting his patterns, taking ownership, rebuilding his physical and spiritual life, and becoming steadier in the way he showed up.
A year later, his wife spent an entire evening at a friends birthday party raving about Thomas and the changes she had seen in him.
His ownership.
His consistency.
His presence.
The sense that she could trust and follow his leadership again.
He also lost more than 40 lbs of fat along the way.
But the weight loss was the least impactful transformation he made. It was just a symptom of something greater.
External change became the evidence of an internal reordering.
You do not need to begin at the highest level. You need to begin with the kind of engagement that fits the season you are in, the complexity of what you are carrying, and the depth of transformation you are ready to pursue.
Eight foundational practices for fathers who are ready to stop operating reactively and begin leading their homes with greater clarity and consistency. Designed to be read quickly and implemented immediately.

The revenue matters.
The business matters.
Your work may create jobs, solve real problems, generate wealth, and serve thousands of people.
But none of it can replace the people who carry your name, character, faith, and influence into the next generation.
The goal is not to make your work smaller.
It is to place it inside a larger story.
Your business can become an instrument of your legacy. It cannot become a substitute for it.
You have spent years developing the ability to build.
Now bring that capacity under the direction of what matters most.
Build a life with integrity.
Build a household with clarity.
Build a legacy your family can carry forward.
