Free · 45 minutes · With Chris
Welcome to Reforming Fatherhood, I'm Chris Cirullo! After 4 combat deployments to Afghanistan, I changed careers and helped grow venture-backed SaaS companies for a decade prior to launching my own businesses. I am married, with 6 children, and have helped 5,000+ other fathers with my frameworks over the last decade and worked with 200+ clients personally to help them become more consistent and faithful Christian fathers amid the demands of work and family life.
What happens on the call
We'll start with what a typical evening looks like in your home: how the day transitions into family time, what happens around dinner and bedtime, and where patience or connection starts to slip.
We can also explore anything weighing on you in your marriage or fatherhood. Together, we'll identify the main friction points and a practical next step. Then I'll share how the Reforming Fatherhood mentorship works and we can discuss whether it fits what you need.
What fathers say about working with Chris
“Susan was the leader of the home, and I was just kind of a guest in the home when I was at home... Now we don't go to bed at night mad at each other anymore.”
JEFF E.
“Working with Chris was the bridge between knowing truth and living it. I've had counselors and mentors for 10 years, but Chris helped me connect all the pieces... He called out patterns that others tiptoed around.”
AARON B.
“Chris is the real deal. His frameworks and coaching have changed my life and helped me become a more consistent leader who is worth following... change your family for generations.”
GRANT S.
“I have applied the principles for over a year now... Genuinely changed my life. This stuff is doable! And I am a better man, husband and father for giving it a try.”
JOSH H.
“Chris highlighted something that has been my downfall for a long time: the all-or-nothing routine — too intense to be done consistently, so when life gets in the way, there is no in-between. With this framework, you begin to really make changes to the inner man.”
KELLEN J.
“Many books on this topic put one under the tyranny of a strict, comprehensive program — miss a step or a day and it is discouraging, and the cycle continues. This is practical, actionable, and accessible.”
ANDY O.
“As a dad of 6 young kids, I could never find sustainable rhythms. Chris was able to break down my challenges into the core beliefs that were impacting my decisions.”
TYLER G.
“Since becoming a dad and serving in a demanding work environment, I had struggled with living a lopsided life. I tried many things on my own, but it wasn't until working with Chris that I began making consistent, measured progress.”
ZACK W.
“Best of all, I am a better father to my children and husband to my wife. Chris tailors every call, and he's created a community of like-minded men that pick each other up.”
ADAM M.
“The #1 way this has helped me is a change of mindset when it comes to the beliefs I have about myself. This is about becoming a man and father in every sense.”
JONATHAN P.
“My days are better because I've found a morning routine that works even on busy days with four kids.”
JOHN M.
“I have a whole new set of skills that has helped me, even in the midst of regular work, travel, and dad life. My wife and I have a deeper connection and dialog.”
STEAD H.
“Chris's coaching is focused, simple to implement and well resourced. He has helped me add awareness and structure to my daily and weekly rhythms.”
NATHAN S.
“This has been a game changer for me — a holistic approach that is so often missing. It has changed my life.”
STEVE P.
“Every time I notice I'm getting off track, returning to my morning and evening rhythms is a game changer for the whole rest of the day.”
KE F.
“Small, consistent actions can create lasting change.”
CLINT J.
“I've known Chris since Ranger Regiment and he speaks from experience as husband, father, and follower of Christ.”
AARON W.
“The regret I would have is not taking that risk at all — just going with the status quo of every day, the way it's been. The sooner, the better.”
JEFF E.
Find a starting point that fits your family
Three men, three completely different first fixes. Clint needed a family vision and a weekly meeting with his wife. Tanner needed fifteen minutes in the morning. Aaron needed someone to name the patterns other men tiptoed around. The thing keeping you stuck is different too. That's why we'll start by understanding your situation and identifying a manageable change that could make a meaningful difference.
